Beth Radtke, AcruxKC Executive Director

Beth A. Radtke has more than 25 years of experience advancing community organizations. Since 2018, she has served as Executive Director of AcruxKC, driving initiatives that expand and improve the agency’s programs and operations. Previously, she spent 13 years at Commerce Bank, rising to Vice President & Foundation Office Director from Grants Manager. Her early career included eight years in development and communications with arts and social services nonprofits in her native St. Louis. Beth earned an MBA from UMKC’s Henry W. Bloch School of Management and a BA in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College. She has served on numerous boards, task forces, and committees. Currently, Beth serves on the boards of Kansas City Medical Society Foundation and Seton Center.
